With a drive or a tour you can visit Albuquerque, Taos, Carlsbad Caverns, Bandelier Cliff Dwellings, Petroglyph National Monument or take a ride on the world’s longest Tramway to the top of Sandia Peak.

Travel Arrangements

Albuquerque International Airport
Albuquerque is served by 14 airlines and is easily accessible with 22,000 seats on 180 flights arriving daily at Albuquerque International Airport.

Sandia Shuttleat 505-474-5696 or 888-775-5696. Make shuttle reservations in advance. Santa Fe is only an hour from the Albuquerque Airport.

You can also fly into the Santa Fe Airport. Roadrunner Shuttle (505-424-3367) charges $12 from the Santa Fe Airport to hotels on the Plaza.

Amtrak Passenger Railway
Amtrak has a stop in Lamy, New Mexico, just 20 minutes outside of Santa Fe. A shuttle can be reserved through Amtrak to take you to your hotel in Santa Fe. For reservation information call Amtrak toll free at 1-800-872-7245 or online at www.amtrak.com

La Fonda Hotel on The Plaza

The La Fonda is Full.
The La Fonda La Fonda on the Plaza is our host hotel and conference location. Sessions will take place in the elegant 6,500 square foot ballroom and several breakout rooms.

The St. Francis Hotel is full

Garrett's Desert Inn is located three blocks from the La Fonda and has rooms available for conference attendees for $75. To get this rate you must call Leslie Mullen, Director of Sales at 505-946-0565

is about four blocks away and has rooms avilable at their regular rate.

La Fonda is a National Trust Historic Hotel of America and is known for its award winning pueblo style Spanish architecture. It is a showcase of the work of local artisans, including hand-carved wooden beams and corbels, latilla ceilings, hand crafted furniture, chandeliers, and tin and copper light fixtures. The lobby, hallways and meeting rooms are filled with paintings, carvings, photos and other works of art. It is located on the Plaza in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

All rooms include hair dryers, bathrobes, irons and ironing boards, safes, data ports and premium cable television. La Fonda has a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge, fitness center, massage services and a multilingual concierge.
