| Cancellation Policy: Refunds are given for cancellations received in writing before December 16th, 2008. Cancellations between December 17th, 2008 and January 7th, 2009 will receive credit towards the next conference. There is a $100 non-refundable fee for all cancellations. You may assign your registration to someone else or towards a Virtual Conference at any time at no charge. |

Hotel Reservations Contact La Fonda Hotel at 505-982-5511 or 800-523-5002 to make hotel reservations, or visit their website at www.lafondasantafe.com if needed. Be sure to tell them that you are with the International Consciousness Conferences to recieve the special discount rate of only $125 per night, single or double. If you are interested in sharing the hotel cost with another conference attendee, let The Message Company know; we will create a list and pass that on to others interested in sharing a room. |

Travel Arrangements - Make Them Early
Albuquerque is served by 14 airlines and is easily accessible with 22,000 seats on 170 flights arriving daily at Albuquerque International Airport. Shuttle service from the Albuquerque Airport directly to Santa Fe is about $25. (Sandia Shuttle @ 505-474-5696/888-775-5696) Make shuttle reservations in advance. Santa Fe is only an hour from the Albuquerque Airport. You can also fly into the Santa Fe Airport. Roadrunner Shuttle (505-424-3367) charges $12 from the Santa Fe Airport to hotels on the Plaza. Car Rental Car rental discounts are available through Avis for the conference. The AVIS Worldwide Discount (AWD) code for the conference is AD086522.
