Meir believes that better vision habits create improved eyesight and healthier eyes. Stress is as harmful to the eyes as to the rest of the body. Accumulated eyestrain and unbalanced visual habits compromise the health and function of the eyes; relaxation and proper use can improve eyesight. Use this workshop to get in touch with your eyes and learn vision improvement exercises that rest and refresh the eyes, allow them to comfortably adjust to different intensities of light, and create more balanced use of the two eyes together. Experience improvement and a new consciousness and understanding that vision can change and improve. Proper vision habits may prevent pathologies of the eye. The class is experiential, lecture and demonstration, with time for questions and answers.
